I can remember growing up struggling to make friends. Throughout elementary school, middle school, and high school, I was teased and talked about for simply being myself. As I got older, I started to change who I was to make people happy and gain friends.

Have you ever changed who you were and compromised what you believed just to fit in?

When you begin to change who you are for other people, you lose sight of your purpose and who you were created to be. Sometimes you end up so far away from the path you were meant to be on.

​

That's why I created Hey Girl! I want to do everything I can to encourage you to be yourself. Fitting in is nice, but there's nothing more amazing than being your unique self.
